Nationwide, GreenBook is hiring and we’re looking for an incredible new full-time, 90-day temp-to-hire Content Marketing Specialist like you. As our new Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll be managing GreenBook’s social media channels and assisting the Marketing Content & Brand Manager, as well as GreenBook’s marketing team with Weekly Newsletter emails, marketing campaigns, data analysis, and administrative tasks to promote efficiency, growth, and performance of GreenBook’s marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
* Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, LinkedIn group, Twitter)
* Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analysis for social channels and advise on trends and recommendations to share with Marketing Content & Brand Manager and Director of Marketing
* Strategize campaigns for social media
* Collaborate with Marketing Content & Brand Manager and Marketing Design Specialist to develop a new and innovative creative direction for social campaigns
* Create engagement with, and grow, GreenBook’s audience on each channel
* Monitor all social media platforms for inquires, comments, replies, DMs, and responses
* Respond to and/or escalate all inquiries, comments, replies, DMs, and responses on social media in a timely manner to provide assistance and promote engagement
* Maintain, curate, and update the weekly social content calendar
* Including organic, paid, and sponsored posts
* Ensure GreenBook brand voice and guidelines are being upheld on each social channel
* Code, schedule, and send sponsored Webinar emails in HubSpot
* Code, schedule, and send GreenBook Newsletters in HubSpot Copywriting
* Work with Content Manager to curate and draft new and innovative content for weekly GreenBook Newsletters
* Curate social media content & maintain a content calendar specific to the audience on each platform
* Coordinate with project manager and Marketing Content & Brand Manager to ensure project timelines for webinar social media promotion is being met
* Maintain and respond to Marketing email inbox
* Attend all team/company meetings as needed
* Maintain regular 1:1s with Marketing Content & Brand Manager
* Maintain a daily timesheet, track time spent on each project, and report to Content & Brand Manager and Director of Marketing accordingly
* Assist with additional marketing tasks/projects as needed
* Maintain and update tasks, assignments, and projects in Asana Requirements
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields required
* 3+ years of digital marketing experience required
* 2+ years of B2B social media management experience preferred
* 2+ years of copywriting and content creation required
* 2+ years of B2B email marketing experience preferred
* 2+ years of social media analysis and reporting preferred
* Experience with Hubspot and Asana preferred
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to efficiently and effectively work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders NOTE: This is a remote position, but we’d ideally like to find a candidate in the Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina area as we will be opening a “GreenBook Raleigh” coworking office soon to give our team members the option to work together in-person as a team when they’d like as well.
