Morristown/NJ/USA, Overview This role supports the digital marketing team at Atlantic Health System with website search, listings distribution on major search engines and business directories, and community and professional online event pages. These important responsibilities help consumers find and engage with the information and events they seek in their care journeys. This person will optimize the atlantichealth. org website search, report on key performance indicators (CTR, no results, searches per session, etc. ) and monitor trends (trending terms, results, etc. ). This person will report to the Manager of Web Operations and will be an advocate for site search best practices and work closely with our SEO specialist and Web Content specialist. This position also collaborates with event coordinators to support the online setup of events through our event registration platform. In addition, you will help manage our vendor for event pages, supporting the parameters of our contract, reporting on online registration volume, trends, and ensuring promotion of Atlantic Health System services and capabilities. This role will also work closely with our email marketing team on monthly email campaigns to promote events throughout our marketplace.

This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home a few days each week. Responsibilities Maintain the web search platform for atlantichealth. org and manage its performance Analyze search engine results to ensure accuracy and relevance Determine quality and usefulness of search engine results Propose solutions for improvement of search engine results and implement appropriate changes Create optimized landing and registration pages for community and professional events Generate and manage timelines for event page publishing Develop timely reporting for event pages Train event coordinators on event page creation Maintain messaging of Atlantic Health services and capabilities to event registrants Maintain and enhance online business listings with new features, along with report analytics Qualifications 3+ years managing website search experience and platforms, preferably Coveo Demonstrated achievements in improving website search experience Strong web writing skills Knowledge of event management platforms, preferably Cvent Knowledge of online business listings features for major search engines Experience using content management systems, Adobe Experience Manager experience a plus Strong web technical skills Analytical skills, especially knowledge of Google Analytics and site search KPIs Good communicator Organized, able to handle multiple project tracks at once Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred: Health care marketing experience Bachelor degree required About Us Atlantic Health System aims to deliver the highest quality, safety and care combined with the best experience for our patients and their families.
