What You’ll Do As a member of a high-energy marketing & admissions team, the Marketing & Communications Specialist will work to raise awareness of Tufts Gordon Institute and support its ability to attract a community of talented and engaged students. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Specialist’s primary responsibilities are creative development, lead generation and nurturing, and community engagement. Built upon a deep understanding of the Institute’s mission, strategic goals and programs, the Specialist will create compelling written and visual content that engages and informs our diverse constituencies, as well as implement effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including the TGI website, social media, email, digital advertising and print. What We’re Looking For Basic Requirements: 1. Years of related experience required: minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing and communications role.

2. Required education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, technical or other related discipline. 3. Special licenses required: none 4. Required computer/technical skills: High level user of the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Demonstrated proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and others). Skills and experience with many or all of the following: HubSpot or other inbound marketing software platform; CRM database management systems; Adobe Creative Suite; Google Analytics; video editing software; web content management and HTML. 5.
