As a Marketing Excellence Specialist, you will support the execution and delivery the client stories program through the efforts of the aligned team. In this role, you will liaise with colleagues in Marketing Excellence to differentiate the Deloitte brand, drive Deloitte’s business priorities forward, and innovate new marketing and communications solutions. You’ll have the potential to facilitate marketing and communications targeting activities through assisting with social media campaigns; support business expansion initiatives; and develop promotional marketing materials and targeting tools. Responsibilities include: Apply understanding of marketing and communications basics to drive business goals Collect and curate information that is linked to a topic with examples to include client targeting activities or pursuit support (building baseline proposal documents, core firm information, team member biographies, qualifications, media/marketplace trend research, development of FAQs, and speeches, etc. ) Write a variety of different types of content, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, and internal communications campaigns Perform database management, including but not limited to updating contacts, account team data, and event registrations; possess a strong understanding of relationship changes, recognizing the need to follow changes through to maintain the integrity of the data; take the initiative to self-review and check work for accuracy Content development – exercise judgement around content and edits when creating/updating decks, drafting collateral materials, crafting videos scripts or updating D. com and DeloitteNet pages Gather data and inputs data into standard reports, focusing on data accuracy, data curation, proper use of grammar, etc. Qualifications include: Effectively manages projects by developing work plans, obtaining approvals, estimating and tracking resource requirements, and communicating with stakeholders Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills Leverages design thinking, and other modern problem-solving tools, to develop innovative marketing solutions Demonstrates excellent command of editorial standards, along with strong editing and proofreading skills Consistently delivers marketing programs with high-quality results Provides creative ideas and input to enhance communication programs Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Writing, English, or related area Travel of up to 15% (While 15% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice. ) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Location: Flexible
