Richardson, Texas, Posting Number: S04688P Department: International Center Salary Range: $40,000 DOQ Pay Basis: Monthly Position Status: Regular full-time Location: Richardson Job Description: The Marketing Communications Specialist maintains the International Center website, manages day-to-day execution of social media strategy, manages email and ad campaigns for IC departments, updates and creates new content as necessary marketing and communication plans to ensure consistency, impact and efficiency while supporting university internationalization efforts. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other applicable area of study. 1 year of experience in a marketing, communications, public relations or closely related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be accepted. Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting multimedia communications (e. g. , video editing, social media, website management, graphic design). Experience leading project teams or supervising others in communications initiatives.
