UWRF’s offerings encompass credit and non-credit programs serving non-traditional student populations including adult learners, graduate students, and returning students, as well as youth. As a member of the institutional University Communications and Marketing ( UCM ) team, this position will coordinate projects and campaigns with UWRF’s marketing team to ensure consistency of strategic academic program branding. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Qualifications Required: A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 2 or more years’ work experience in marketing or related field Demonstrated understanding and implementation of social media marketing ( SMM ) Working knowledge of MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML editors, and CMS systems. Ability to apply analytics to evaluate campaign success (e. g. , MS Excel and Google Analytics skills) Ability to work as a key team member Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Qualifications Preferred: A master’s degree in a related field 3 or more year’ work experience in marketing or related field, preferably in post-secondary adult education Ability to evaluate and/or assess effectiveness of marketing tactics in achieving strategic enrollment goals.
