Find whole-person care, dedicated teams and staff, and a wide variety of medical services, all at our hospital in Shawnee Mission, Kansas.   The role you’ll contribute: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for furthering the mission of AdventHealth by supporting growth of key service lines. In this role, the individual works closely with service line leaders, the business development team and other members of the regional marketing team to create and execute multi-channel consumer marketing programs that generate volume and enhance the reputation of strategic service lines and the organization as a whole.

Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high stress are key characteristics for success in this position.   The value you’ll bring to the team: Maintains a positive attitude to keep customers delighted. Work with Director of Marketing and hospital leadership to identify marketing priorities and develop and implement effective marketing plans to grow volume for strategic service lines. Execute marketing and communications initiatives such as traditional advertising, digital advertising, social media and other electronic communications, marketing collateral, special events, community outreach, sponsorships, public relations, physician marketing and internal and external communications. Role may include copywriting, project management, vendor coordination and other tasks as needed. Utilize data, including CRM data, to make strategic marketing decisions, monitor success and make optimizations. Monitor marketing activities to ensure compliance with brand standards and applicable regulations and laws, resolving any issues that arise. Work with outside agencies and other partners as needed.
