St. Louis, Missouri, Job Summary Looking for a high energy, agile marketing professional who loves to create and coordinate content across the full spectrum of digital channels. This individual will also take the next step in creating a strategic marketing plan, analyzing data, uncovering insights and helping make business decisions based on these findings. As a Marketing Specialist for Saint Louis University Workforce Center, you will be primarily responsible for creating, running and maintaining digital and some traditional marketing campaigns. In this exciting opportunity, you will develop content for email marketing, online paid advertising, SEM and social media with a particular focus on LinkedIn, help manage website content and SEO and promote the Saint Louis University Workforce Center brand and services to business professionals and companies nationwide. Candidates must be passionate about higher education and corporate engagement. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Experience creating digital content using Adobe Creative Cloud. Adept at learning new software and systems quickly and confidently with little oversight. Knowledge of online digital advertising, SEM, SEO, google analytics, social media and other areas of digital marketing. Proven track record of translating digital marketing analytics into measurable results.

Organized and have an eye for detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative problem solver who is able to influence others. Self-motivated, energetic and adaptable. Team player, willing to support at times and lead in others. Ability to work independently as well as manage projects independently, multi-task and collaborate with in-house and external agencies and stakeholders. Able to learn new skills in order to increase your contribution. Job Duty Develop and execute a strategic, agile and data driven marketing plan to increase the value and impact of the Workforce Centers business in the national market. Coordinate the production of digital and some traditional content (including social media posts, ads, emails, billboards, video, podcasts, etc. ) from concept through publication including copywriting, design, layout, proofing and reviews/approvals.

Coordinate, develop and track digital marketing campaigns for online paid advertising, social media, SEM and provide reporting and analysis to support ROI. Update and promote the Workforce Center’s brand across all digital and traditional marketing channels. This includes assisting with internal and external communications, event communications, promotional items and signage. Measure on all digital and traditional campaigns and consistently pivot content and tactics to ensure maximum ROI Minimum Qualifications 4 year degree plus at least 2 years of work experience. Vaccine Protocol Saint Louis University requires COVID-19 vaccinations for all students, staff, and faculty who are physically present on our St. Louis campuses. As a prospective and/or a new employee at Saint Louis University, you will be/are required to comply with the Universitys vaccination protocol. Proof of full vaccination is required before the start of employment in order to work at Saint Louis University. If you are not vaccinated, you are required to begin the vaccination process at the time of your first day of employment and submit proof of full vaccination within 30 days of your start date. Exemptions may be granted on the grounds of religious beliefs or medical circumstances.

Failure to comply with the vaccine requirement within 30 days of an employees start date will result in termination of the employment.
