We are looking for an ambitious marketing specialist to be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.
To be successful as a marketing specialist, you must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies to execute successful marketing campaigns.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
Create innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns.
Help with outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
Collaborate with other internal teams (product, sales, customer success) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
Establish goals and objectives to reach our customers through appropriate channels.
Promote brand awareness through marketing efforts.
Demonstrate expertise in various areas including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, influencer marketing, and event planning.
Assist in the analysis of marketing data including campaign results, conversion rates and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
Document process procedures and process flow, recommending any changes to make processes more efficient.
Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye to identify and improve current processes when needed.

  Minimum Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in marketing
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools including Google Analytics and HubSpot
Strong knowledge of various design systems including Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity Suite, and Canva
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid media
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
Skilled in writing and editing content with a keen attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Ability to travel as necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.  

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS
SaaS, B2B, or healthcare marketing experience a plus
