The Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to make an impact in enrollment marketing for the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program at the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy, ranked #7 in the US. This position will execute digital marketing campaigns, including advertising/paid media and email marketing. With a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion, the position will develop content plans and implement ad and email creative executions. This position will assess campaign performance and help optimize future marketing programs. The position will work closely with the Admissions & Recruitment teams and collaborate with agency partners. Qualifications: Work Experience – Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in marketing: – Experience with digital marketing, including paid media tactics (e. g. , SEM, display, retargeting, OTT/connected TV, paid social). – Experience with inbound and/or email marketing campaigns. Preferred: – Experience in enrollment marketing preferred. – Experience with CRMs and marketing automation tools preferred.
