Overview :
We are looking for an ambitious product marketing specialist to be responsible for launching integrated marketing campaigns for SoftWriters’ products. You will plan, execute, and track multi-channel campaigns that educate the market on our offerings and generate fresh streams of leads. This will include communicating our products’ value through data-driven campaigns that rely on deep analysis of our market. You will need to translate positioning, messaging, and strategy into clear, impactful marketing  communications to drive demand and create lifetime customers.
To be successful as a Product Marketing Specialist, you must like to experiment, be collaborative, observant, data-driven, and resourceful. You must possess a balance of analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills. You have experience delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and using different marketing technologies to achieve your goals.
Responsibilities :
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Support the launches of new and existing product releases • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns using a variety of channels (web, email, social, etc.) • Create, write, and edit marketing emails, social media posts, and other communications • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis and report back on required changes. • Closely partner with teammates to promote products • Work with sales, product development, and customer success on product positioning to target buyers. • Maintain LTC pharmacy knowledge. • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities. • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs. • Establish goals and objectives to reach our customers through appropriate channels. • Document process procedures and process flow, recommending any changes to make processes more efficient. • Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye to identify and improve current  processes when needed.

Minimum Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field • 2-5 years of experience in marketing • Experience with product marketing and GTM strategy • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid media • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools including Google Analytics and HubSpot • Strong knowledge of various design systems including Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity Suite, and Canva • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis • Skilled in writing and editing content with a keen attention to detail • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills • Ability to travel as necessary • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization. • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications : • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS • SaaS, B2B, or healthcare marketing experience a plus
