New Brunswick, New Jersey, Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Operations and Administration, the Marketing Specialist aids in the development and execution of the marketing campaigns for undergraduate and graduate programs for the Rutgers School of Business–Camden ( RSBC ). The marketing campaign includes various outlets, such as paid social advertising, print collateral, and organic social media. The role will be responsible for helping to craft the overarching marketing plans for RSBC , ensuring an appropriate mix of traditional marketing and social media within the marketing strategies and campaigns, and developing social media campaigns, as well as carrying out the execution of the marketing strategy for paid advertising and organic social media daily. Further, the Marketing Specialist will track and monitor trends to ensure the distribution of marketing across outlets and programs. This position is seen as a critical component for strengthening the unit
