Learn more about our award-winning organization by visiting stryker. com Senior Marketing Specialist Nordic The Senior Marketing Specialist coordinates and manages sales support through the education of the sales team on the current product portfolio, problem solving, tool development and projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities : Responsibility for the Nordic but also includes pan BeneNord collaboration and occasionally support for the Benelux region. Provides strategic and tactical support for the BeneNord Business Unit Director Provides support to Brand/marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments. Develops, drives and supports central and local tactics, actions and campaigns to drive business results Performs sales and marketing analysis, assists with trade shows, literature development, presentations and publicity. Gathers internal and external market insights to share with stakeholders Provides sales training, develops roadmaps and supports new product launches Develops sales tools and drives marketing campaign execution (central role) Direct sales support in the field (central role) Minimum level of 30% Travel (central role) Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required ideally in Life Sciences, Pharma or Business Fluency in English is essential At least 3 years sales/marketing experience with at least 1 year within a major medical or pharmaceutical manufacturer/provider Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects effectively and simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience / Skills: High level of responsibility Strong organizational skills and detail oriented in planning events and marketing initiatives Strong written and verbal communication skills.
